Type-2 intuitionistic fuzzy TODIM for intelligent decision-making under uncertainty and hesitancy

Abstract The classical TODIM considers the crisp numbers to handle information. However, in a real-world applicative context, this information is bounded by noise and vagueness hence uncertain. There are wide range of works literature which utilizes fuzzy sets uncertainty various dimensions. there constraint hesitancy such decision-making problems due involvement decision-makers. Also, method, decision-maker’s rationality psychological behavior also taken into consideration adds up hesitation problem with higher dimension uncertainty. applications using type-2 where being handled more than one dimensions introduction intuitionistic factor decision-maker account. This paper targets keeping part for intelligent decision-making. Therefore, novel trapezoidal set (TrT2 IFS) proposed, an aggregation several triangular IFSs having upper lower membership along non-membership value. For TrT2 IFS, we have defined generation procedure, operations, comparison distance between IFSs. In addition, weights criterion weight computation presented respect approach.
